About M&T

Founded in 2006, Merits & Tree Law Offices ("M&T") now boasts over 150 partners and more than 500 lawyers and staff across 10 offices, including in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Haikou, and Hong Kong.

M&T is a comprehensive law firm that delivers full-cycle, multi-dimensional, and one-stop legal services. We focus on domestic and international enterprises, financial institutions, and capital market participants, accompanying clients through the entire development process from startup, through growth, to maturity, under the lifecycle of "investment (issue-end)", "transaction (asset-end)", and "exit (dispute-end)".
